There are many reasons behind this issue, and a comprehensive examination of the body is necessary to identify the root cause. Teenage years, hormonal imbalances, genetic predisposition, improper functioning of the sebaceous glands, stress, and the use of unsuitable cosmetic products are just some of the factors contributing to acne. Acne therapy should always be approached comprehensively: if necessary, taking antibiotics, adjusting the diet, and using only professional therapeutic cosmetics, both during visits to the cosmetologist and in home care, aimed at addressing specific issues.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most effective ways to treat acne and its consequences is phototherapy for acne. We perform this procedure using equipment that is certified in Ukraine and recognized as effective and safe worldwide \u2014 the <strong>Syneron E-light<\/strong> laser. This device combines the effects of intense pulsed light (IPL) and radio frequency (RF).<\/p>\n<p>Phototherapy is based on the thermal effect in the area of inflammation. The laser&#8217;s light beam heats the bacteria responsible for causing acne to a certain temperature, resulting in their destruction and cessation of inflammation. Thus, the laser has a bactericidal effect on the skin in the pore channels, eliminating the main problem.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, it reduces the activity of the sebaceous glands and relieves surface irritation. Improved microcirculation in the acne-affected area also helps eliminate post-acne effects, such as redness, scars, and spots. Moreover, the laser beam does not pose any danger to the surrounding tissues \u2013 its energy is absorbed only by the inflamed areas of the skin. The procedure is virtually painless and is accompanied by a sensation of mild tingling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effect<\/strong>. The visible results of laser acne treatment do not appear immediately. A full course of treatment consists of 6 to 10 sessions, with an interval of 1 week. After completing the phototherapy course:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>acne, papules, and pustules are eliminated;<\/li>\n<li>redness subsides;<\/li>\n<li>sebaceous gland function normalizes;<\/li>\n<li>pores are tightened;<\/li>\n<li>skin texture becomes even and smooth;<\/li>\n<li>skin tone is balanced;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"tosh-h3\">Contraindications for Acne Phototherapy:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>pregnancy;<\/li>\n<li>cancer;<\/li>\n<li>decompensated diabetes;<\/li>\n<li>autoimmune diseases;<\/li>\n<li>fever;<\/li>\n<li>epilepsy;<\/li>\n<li>rhinitis;<\/li>\n<li>tendency to scar formation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"tosh-h3\">Pre-procedure Regimen:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>do not tan for 2 weeks before the procedure;<\/li>\n<li>do not take antibiotics;<\/li>\n<li>avoid chemical peels;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"tosh-h3\">Post-procedure Regimen:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>for 2 weeks after the procedure: avoid tanning;<\/li>\n<li>for 3 days: avoid sauna and swimming pool;<\/li>\n<li>avoid any heat exposure;<\/li>\n<li>do not use alcohol-based products on the skin;<\/li>\n<li>use sunscreen with a protection factor of at least 35;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Unfortunately, a large number of people are all too familiar with the serious condition known as acne.
