It is suitable for all skin types and is the most effective method of renewing the epidermis. Combined cleansing uses a combined method of cleaning with an ultrasonic scrubber and mechanically removing impurities with a cosmetic spoon.<\/p>\n<p>The ultrasonic method helps to effectively cleanse the stratum corneum of the epidermis from dead cells (keratinocytes) and also removes excess skin oil. The mechanical method, in turn, helps to more effectively impact the accumulation of skin sebum in the sebaceous glands and clear them of blockages.<\/p>\n<p>This procedure is best suited for patients who need more than just superficial cleansing of the upper layer of dead skin cells. The combined approach allows the skin to be cleansed at a deeper level. Moreover, this method can be used for both the skin of the face and the back.<\/p>\n<p>The advantage of the combined facial cleansing method over others lies in the simultaneous impact on different layers of the epidermis, which allows for higher results and significantly improves the appearance of the skin.<\/p>\n<p>In our center, combined facial cleansing is performed using cosmetics from Academie (France), Renew (Israel), IS Clinical (USA).<\/p>\n<div class=\"tosh-h3\">Stages of combined facial cleansing:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Removing makeup;<\/li>\n<li>Hydrating (softening) mask;<\/li>\n<li>Ultrasonic scrubbing;<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical pore cleaning;<\/li>\n<li>Applying a pore-closing mask;<\/li>\n<li>Toning;<\/li>\n<li>Eye cream;<\/li>\n<li>Finishing cream according to skin type.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"tosh-h3\">Effectiveness of the procedure<\/div>\n<p>The use of a combined method for facial skin cleansing always gives the best results. After combined cleansing, due to deep cleaning and pore tightening, the skin surface is evened out, it becomes smooth and matte. The face acquires a fresh and well-groomed appearance, the skin tone evens out, blackheads (comedones), whiteheads, and inflammation are removed.<\/p>\n<div class=\"tosh-h3\">Contraindications to the procedure<\/div>\n<p>Contraindications to facial cleansing are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presence of inflammatory processes in the body;<\/li>\n<li>Severe cardiovascular diseases;<\/li>\n<li>Herpetic eruptions on the skin;<\/li>\n<li>Eczema;<\/li>\n<li>Acne in the acute stage;<\/li>\n<li>Malignant tumors in the body.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"tosh-h3\">Side effects<\/div>\n<p>In the first day after a combined facial cleansing, there may be slight swelling and redness on the skin. The intensity of these side effects depends on the initial condition of the skin, the level of its contamination, and the presence of acne or seborrhea.<\/p>\n<p>Recommendations after a combined facial cleansing<\/><\/p>\n<p>Within 2-3 days after the procedure, it is not recommended to visit saunas, baths, tanning salons, or perform various thermal procedures.
