Vein Removal

Vein removal

Rosacea or a small vascular network on the face, spider veins, red and purple veins on the legs – does this sound familiar to you? According to statistics, 25% of people suffer from various vascular diseases. The causes of this are diverse: a sedentary lifestyle, excessive weight, bad habits, genetic predisposition, stress, improper facial cosmetic care, and more.

This condition is a serious aesthetic issue for many, leading to the need for new solutions for its removal. Today, one of the most advanced methods for removing small dilated vessels is phototherapy using IPL technology (Intense Pulsed Light). We conduct this procedure with the Syneron E-light device (Israel).

The principle of laser vein removal is that the light beam targets hemoglobin – the protein in red blood cells, which absorbs it and, turning into heat, “seals” the blood vessels. The surrounding tissues are not affected by the high-intensity light beam; its energy is absorbed only by the vessels. The procedure is slightly painful but quite tolerable.

Effect. The result may vary from person to person. The cost and duration of the procedure depend on the size of the vascular formation. The recommended course for photovein removal consists of 3-6 sessions with intervals of 1 month. A corrective session may be needed once every 3-6 months. In some cases, spider veins are removed after the first session. The effect becomes noticeable 2 weeks after the first procedure.
